How do I return an item?

Return/Exchange Policy: 
 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase, so we offer a 90 day return policy. 

For all returns/exchanges we ask that you:
  • Please try on your new shoes in a carpeted area to verify size and fit prior to wearing them outside, as we  cannot accept returns on worn items. 
  • Please do not discard the shoe box or any other materials that came in the box, as these items are required for return.
  • Please pack items securely in a protective box when returning them. The box we used to ship your order can be reused if all labels are removed first. Items shipped only in the shoe box will incur a re-boxing fee of $8.00.
  • Please return any promotional gift items included in your original order, or you may be charged the retail value of the item.
For Exchanges:

On exchange orders we cover the cost of UPS ground shipping both ways. You must use our shipping label to qualify for free return shipping. You may request a label and select an item or items for exchange by visiting this page.
You should receive a prepaid UPS label within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Once we receive your return we will process and send your exchange item within 3-4 days. If there is a difference in price between the original item and the exchange item, we will either issue a refund the difference or contact you to collect the difference.

If you would prefer to get your exchange faster, you may place a new order and note your new order number on the return form. We will ship your new order within 1-2 days and upon receipt of your return we will issue a refund for the original pair, including shipping.

For Returns/Refunds:

You are welcome to send back your shoes with the carrier of your choice (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). You will receive credit on your account within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your package.

You also have the option to request a prepaid UPS shipping label by visiting this page and we will deduct $10 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Please note that refunds are issued for the cost of merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

For Damaged/Defective Items:

If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service at service@originalclogs.com or 1-800-482-6220.

For Incorrect Items:

If, on a rare occasion, we shipped you the incorrect item please contact Customer Service immediately
